- Steve Yandl reported that current finance reports from the bookkeeper are not yet posted on the web site.
- Current balance in operation fund checking is $44,707 with approximately $7,700 in outstanding bills. This leaves us approximately $37k in operating funds for the remainder of the year, which should allow us to finish the year with money left over.
- Our operational reserve held in money market account is at $23,300. Our long term capital fund is at $55,771.
- Currently the bill with Sherman Knight is $450 for legal counseling on the rental situations.
- With the surplus we may want to look at improving the trail and adding additional pavers.
- The wood chips were blown into both play areas.
- Towne and Country gave a quote for repairing several sections of fence. The total is $1199 plus tax for eight sections. They also quoted $120.00 to repair a section of the chain link at the baseball field.

- We have not had a response from either party in regards to the letters which were sent by our attorney, Sherman Knight advising them that liens have been filed. Technically both parties are in violation of their mortgage contracts. The fines imposed thus far for those situations are $10,120 and $9,220.
