7:00 PM TUESDAY December 1, 2009
CALL TO ORDER / APPROVAL OF MINUTES
ii. Sherman Knight did ask opposing council where do we go from here and Mr. Grafstra responded perhaps I will appeal.
iii. Our next step will be to depose Melissa Withey. Melissa was probably served today.
iv. We discussed if we would be willing to make an offer to Guimont’s to settle. We decided that rather than negotiate we would make a single offer. It would be a single and final offer. Any additional legal fees will be added to this number to encourage Guimont’s to settle quickly. It was moved and seconded to make an offer of $40,000. This was approved.
1. There was no new business.

- Towne and Country is in the middle of fixing all the fence sections along Sno-Cascade Drive, there are still a few more boards to fix. Probably about 4-5 more. Cheryl will go out and put an X on the boards that still need replacing.
