CALL TO ORDER / PRESENTATION
- Bill Steenis called the meeting to order at 7:07pm. Present were Bill Steenis, Trina Coleman, Steve Yandl, Duane Oord, Scott Fehr
- Trina Coleman presented the Minutes from the August meeting. It was moved and seconded to accept the minutes as read. Motion carried 4-0
- In the operational reserve we have $23,997. In the long-term fund there is $69,836, we still need to move money over from the checking account for this year’s deposit. Right now the checking account is at $44,327.
- We have about $6400 in outstanding checks.
- After the outstanding checks and the deposit to the long term fund we have roughly 29,000 in the account.
- We have paid for most of our large expenses. We are anticipating on finishing the year with roughly $5,000 in carryover.
- We voted to add Duane Oord to the signature card.
- Steve is going to redo the long-term forecast in the next month or so. We need to add the replacement of play structures, for the mailboxes and adjust the expense for the replacement of the fence.
- Towne and Country is coming out to replace several panels, this will be about $1800.
- Steve is going to hire a neighborhood child to measure the length of fencing we have along Snohomish-Cascade Drive
- We will need to begin looking at structures to replace the boat in the boat park.
- Skinner replaced several controllers for the sprinkler system.
- CC&R Violations
- Several letters were sent out in regards to boat parking violations.
- There was one paint request.
- Yard of Merit
- Judging is completed for the year.
- Holiday Decoration judging will be on December 13th.
- Rentals
- Bill spoke with Sherman today and everything is moving forward fine.
- Guimont – Guimont’s attorney wants the originals back of the documents he sent for us to certify. They were supposed to send two copies, but they sent only one. Sherman has also been trying to contact the Guimont’s first attorney to gain information from the meeting which Melissa Withey had with Guimonts and her.
- Sharma – The renters have moved out and the fines have ceased. The owners have been sprucing the house up and have said that they plan on listing the home for sale. The lien is at $81,700. They still have not spoken to us about clearing the matter up.
- ACC Committee
- Scott is going to over the responsibility of writing letters for the ACC.
