CALL TO ORDER / PRESENTATION
- Bill Steenis called the meeting to order at 7:07pm. Present were Bill Steenis, Cheryl Carlson, Duane Oord, Scott Fehr, and Evan Adolf. Trina Coleman arrived a few minutes late.
- Bill Steenis presented the Minutes from the August meeting. It was moved and seconded to accept the minutes as read. Motion carried 5-0
- The secretary was absent during the treasurers reports. Please see the website when it is updated for most recent financials.
- The Kelly’s submitted a response letter to the letter we mailed to them in regards to the paint color on their home. The end result however, is the Kelly’s have agreed to repaint the garage portion of their home. It will be repainted when the weather is agreeable. Scott will send them a letter letting them know we are okay with them waiting until the spring to repaint. (Note: The home was repainted as of Dec. 5, 2010)
- The homeowners with the tents have refused the certified letter. Per our CCRs the letter is considered delivered if it was sent certified, even if the homeowners refuse delivery.
- Yard of Merit - Holiday
- Holiday Decoration judging will be on December 13th.
- Rentals
- Guimont – Aaron sent a letter to the board threatening to send a letter to the homeowners. We agreed to publish his letter on the website and place a link in the newsletter that is being sent out this week. We have also included links to the summary judgment. The next step would be to have a deposition with Aaron’s first attorney.
- Sharma – The Sharma’s have placed the house on the market and it is listed for $435,000. The lien is at $81,700. They still have not spoken to us about clearing the matter up.
- Dues have increased about 12% over the course of 5 years.
- ACC Committee
- Scott is going to over the responsibility of writing letters for the ACC.
