CALL TO ORDER / PRESENTATION OF MINUTES
- Steve Yandl called the meeting to order at 7:15pm. Present were Steve Yandl, Tim Day, Ralph Kouri, Nicole Klages and Tom Mooney
- Minutes of the February 2015 meeting were presented and unanimously approved.
- After a discussion, unanimous approval was given to replace Tim Chiangpradit as director with Tom Mooney for the remainder of the board vacancy (through May 2015).
- Steve Yandl reported on current financial status and forecast through the end of 2014.
- Currently $84,282 in checking. There still needs to be a transfer to the long term reserve of $14,460 which represents the regular transfer plus the special assessment (next to last year) less the amount spent on fence in 2014. Had the transfer been completed, there would have been $69,822 currently in checking. We’ve collected assessment from all but about 30 members.
- There is $70,686 in the long term reserve. After the transfer, we will have $85,146.
- We have $5,694 in operational reserve.

- Updates were provided on the situation where an owner has declared bankruptcy and it appears the bank may be allowing unapproved property rental. Steve Yandl will contact the real estate agent and possibly the mortgage company to advise of fines for CC&R non compliance.
- The final vote for ratification of the 2015 budget was 114 in favor and 4 against.
- Steve Yandl reported that we’ve not heard back from Town and Country fence for a quote on the recently damaged 3 panel fence section.
- Tom Mooney and Tim Day will examine toys at the boat park to see if they can do repairs at a lesser cost than if we call in a contractor. We will also do pressure washing on the tot toys this spring.
- Suggestions for maintenance and improvements made by members were shared.
- Weeding and/or tree trimming in areas adjacent to the neighborhood not owned by the HOA.
- Painting fence sections.
- New plantings along Snohomish Cascade Drive
- Replacing tot toys.

- Still no response from Aziz Mohammad regarding the non compliance notification sent by certified mail. Fines are at $3,850 and increasing by $100 per day.
- A number of projects requested in the previous month were approved.

NEW BUSINESS
- Kathy Miller is coordinating a fundraiser with Goodwill Industries to support Glacier Peak Soccer. During the timeframe of the Gold Creek garage sale, Goodwill Industries will make available a donation truck so that items not sold during the garage sale can be donated with a resulting contribution to the soccer program. Steve Yandl will include an informational piece provided by Kathy in the 2nd Quarter HOA newsletter.
