CALL TO ORDER / PRESENTATION OF MINUTES
- Suzan called the meeting to order at 7:15pm. Present were Suzan Miller, Steve Yandl, Tim Day, Nicole Klages and Tom Mooney
- Minutes of the March 2015 meeting were presented and unanimously approved.
- Steve Yandl reported on current financial status and forecast through the end of 2014.
- Currently $97,175 in checking. There still needs to be a transfer to the long term reserve of $14,460 which represents the regular transfer plus the special assessment (next to last year) less the amount spent on fence in 2014. We’ve collected assessment from all but about 25 members.
- There is $70,712 in the long term reserve. After the transfer, we will have $85,172.
- We have $5,694 in operational reserve.
- Currently $97,175 in checking. There still needs to be a transfer to the long term reserve of $14,460 which represents the regular transfer plus the special assessment (next to last year) less the amount spent on fence in 2014. We’ve collected assessment from all but about 25 members.
- Late invoices have been sent to members for non payment. Next invoices will be sent certified and any required claims of lien will be recorded in mid to late May.
- Steve Yandl reported that Town and Country Fence completed repairs of recent damage along the fence bordering Snohomish Cascade Drive.
- Tom Mooney and Tim Day reported on the status of toys at the boat park.
- Drainage inside play chip areas at the boat park appears to be a problem. We will investigate ways to allow water to escape the confines of the timbers that hold the play chips in the area.
- Steve Yandl will contact Little League regarding maintenance of the infield area of the ball field.

- Still no response from Aziz Mohammad regarding the non compliance notification sent by certified mail.
- A number of projects requested in the previous month were approved.
- Steenis – Roof replacement
- Foster – Roof replacement
- Lambert – Roof replacement
- Steenis – Roof replacement
- Reviewed architectural shingles, ‘Woodcrest’ from Owens Corning as an available option for roof replacement. After review of product literature, approval given to add Woodcrest to the list of approved shingles.
NEW BUSINESS
- Arrangements have been made to hold the annual HOA meeting at the library of Totem Falls Elementary school, 7:00pm on May 5. Steve Yandl will mail ballots for election of new directors with all current directors listed as candidates on or about May 1. As in the past, votes will be accepted through the end of May.
